Raw hair is hair that has never been chemically processed — no dyes, no perms, no treatments. It comes directly from a single donor and keeps its natural texture, softness and movement.
Virgin hair is also unprocessed but can come from multiple donors. Both are premium quality and last significantly longer than synthetic or processed hair.
All Noir Lumaé hair is raw & virgin — selected for softness, natural movement and a finish that looks polished, not overdone.
The number of bundles you need depends on the length and the fullness you want:
- 14"–18" → 2–3 bundles
- 20"–24" → 3 bundles
- 26"–30" → 3–4 bundles for extra fullness
For most installs, 3 bundles is the sweet spot. If you want maximum volume or length above 26", go for 4 bundles. Not sure? Message us before ordering and we'll advise.
We currently offer the following textures:
- Straight — sleek, smooth and easy to style
- Wave — soft body wave with natural movement
- Curly — defined curl pattern, blends beautifully with textured hair
- Ponytails — quick styling for a polished finish
- Flip-over Wigs — natural blend with minimal leave-out

Yes. Because our hair is raw & virgin and has never been chemically processed, it responds very well to color. You can dye, bleach or tint it just like your natural hair.
We always recommend doing a strand test first and having the hair colored by a professional for the best result. Excessive bleaching or heat can reduce the lifespan of the hair.
With proper care, our raw & virgin hair can last 1 to 3 years. The lifespan depends on how often you wear it, how you style it and how well you care for it.
Tips to make it last longer:
- Avoid excessive heat styling
- Use lightweight, sulfate-free products
- Detangle gently from ends to roots
- Store properly when not in use
Minimal shedding is normal for any hair extension. Our hair is machine wefted which means the weft is strong and shedding is kept to a minimum.
Tangling can occur if the hair is not properly cared for — particularly when using heavy oils or skipping detangling routines. We recommend gently detangling from ends to roots with a wide tooth comb or our Curly Styling Brush before and after wearing.

Yes. We offer Klarna as a payment option, which lets you pay later or spread the cost. You can select Klarna at checkout and choose your preferred payment plan.
Some products are available for pre-order when they are temporarily out of stock or being prepared. Pre-order items may take up to 14 business days before they are shipped.
If you order both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, your complete order will ship once the pre-order item is ready — unless you contact us to arrange a split shipment.
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please message us as soon as possible after placing it — ideally within 1 hour.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact page for the fastest response.
Absolutely. Choosing the right texture and length online can be tricky. We offer personal hair advice — just message us before you order and we'll help you find the best match for your desired look and hair type. No pressure, just honest advice.

Orders placed before 17:00 on business days are shipped the same day. You will typically receive your order the next business day within the Netherlands.
Pre-order items may take up to 14 business days before shipping. This is always clearly indicated on the product page.
Yes, we ship to other European countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary per country and are calculated at checkout.
For international orders, please allow additional delivery time. Contact us if you have questions about shipping to your country.
Yes, store pick-up is available. Select this option at checkout or contact us in advance to arrange a pick-up time. This is ideal if you need your order quickly or prefer to see the hair in person first.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
If you haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping — this is shown at checkout.
For NL orders, standard shipping is fast and affordable. We ship with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
Hair extensions are a hygienic product. For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, we will absolutely make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item received
- A short description of the issue
We will resolve it quickly — whether that means sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
Once a refund has been approved, it is processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. If you paid with Klarna, the refund will be reflected in your Klarna account.
We recommend washing the hair with a sulfate-free shampoo and a lightweight conditioner. Here's how:
- Detangle the hair gently from ends to roots before washing
- Wash in a downward motion — never scrub or twist
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
- Apply conditioner from mid-length to ends, leave for 5 minutes
- Rinse and let air dry when possible
Avoid heavy oils or product build-up as this can weigh the hair down and cause tangling.
Yes. Because our hair is raw & virgin, it can be heat styled with a blow dryer, flat iron or curling wand. We recommend:
- Always use a heat protectant before styling
- Keep heat tools below 200°C
- Avoid excessive daily heat styling to preserve the hair's natural texture
- Let the hair air dry when possible instead of blow drying
Proper storage keeps the hair in great condition for longer:
- Store in a breathable bag or the original packaging
- Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Make sure the hair is fully dry before storing — never store damp hair
- Loosely braid or bundle the hair to prevent tangling during storage
For the best results we recommend:
- Sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
- A lightweight leave-in conditioner or hair milk
- Heat protectant spray before any heat styling
- Our Curly Styling Brush for detangling and defining curls

Avoid heavy oils, petroleum-based products or anything that leaves build-up on the hair.
