5. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product or products. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or adjust an order where necessary, including but not limited to cases involving incorrect pricing, stock errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, address errors or unavailable products.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been processed, it may no longer be possible to cancel or change it.

All prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise.
Prices do not include shipping costs unless clearly stated. Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include iDEAL, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or other supported payment providers.
Discount codes and promotions may be changed, limited, withdrawn or cancelled at any time. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed, unless we decide otherwise.
7. Shipping, Delivery and Pre-Orders
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
For products that are in stock, delivery within the Netherlands may be available within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Pre-order items may take up to 14 business days before shipping.
Delivery may be delayed due to courier delays, high order volume, incorrect address details, customs procedures, weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.
Noir Lumaé is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Pick-Up
Pick-up may be available for selected orders or locations.
Pick-up is only possible when this option is shown at checkout or confirmed by Noir Lumaé. Customers should not visit a pick-up location without confirmation from us.
9. Returns, Refunds and Hygiene
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of hair and beauty products, certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons if they have been opened, worn, used, altered, washed, brushed, installed, styled, coloured, bleached or removed from their original condition.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under Dutch or European consumer law.
10. Product Care and Use
You are responsible for following proper care instructions for hair products.
The quality, appearance and lifespan of hair products can be affected by washing, styling, heat use, colouring, bleaching, chemical treatments, installation, storage and general maintenance.
Noir Lumaé is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, excessive heat, chemical treatment, improper installation or third-party salon services.
If you are unsure which texture, length, colour or product is suitable for you, we recommend contacting us before placing an order.
11. User Content, Reviews and Feedback
If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, feedback or other content to Noir Lumaé, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share that content.
