Refund policy

 Due to hygiene reasons, hair bundles are non-
refundable and non-exchangeable once the seal has
been broken or the product has been used, altered, or
worn.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of
purchase. Once an order is in processing, cancellation
is no longer possible.

We work with 100% human hair. Minor variations in
color, texture, and volume may occur and are not
considered defects.

Our curl patterns are carefully created using a steam process. As a result, each bundle is unique.
Slight variations in curl pattern may occur, and therefore we cannot guarantee complete uniformity between bundles. These natural variations are not considered a defect and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper
use, maintenance, heat styling, chemical treatments,
or services performed by third parties.

Once shipped, we are not liable for delays, loss, or
damage caused by the carrier.

For manufacturing defects or incorrect items, contact
us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video
evidence.
